The cufflinks feature vintage (possibly antique) hand-cut onyx cameos. The octagonal stone has been carved with the head of a Greek or Roman soldier, popular subjects from the time of the French Empire under Napoleon when archaeology was in its first flush of discovery of the Classical Period.
The cameos are set in Sterling (925/1000) and Fine (999/1000) Silver rub-over settings, hand crafted on the premises. The commercial cufflink findings are solid Sterling Silver. |
